-REC, -SIG or -IC Games

If you are doing any games this weekend with a designation of REC, SIG, or IC, see the sections below for rule modifications:

REC - Recreation League

U10 Rules
  • Each player must play 3 quarters unless injured or parent says they don't want to play anymore for whatever reason.
  • No toe cleats, casts, jewelry, temporary casts or splints. Briefly explain fouls to players if they don't understand
  • No heading allowed, heading = IFK
  • Brea 1 referee games
  • CHSA 3 referee games

SIG - Signature League

All Levels
  • All games are played in halves designated by the time for each age group
  • Free Substitution
  • Any player receiving a yellow-card must be substituted out at least until the next stoppage
  • Fees are only collected from home team 
  • No heading for U9-11, heading = IFK
  • Some fields may require build-out lines. See the rules for more info

IC - InterCity
  • Fees are to be collected half from each team

Some leagues play 9v9 (1 referee) and some 11v11 (3 referees). Read before you go.

Game durations:
U9/U10 – 25 minute halves
U12 – 30 minute halves,
U14 - 35 minute halves, 
U16 - 40 minute halves, 
U19 - 45 minute halves

Forfeits & Reimbursements

ONLY REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE GAME DAY FORFEITS.
Complete an Incident Report to be reimbursed. 
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.
