Rules

1. Hard casts are not allowed.
2. Substitutions: each team is allowed unlimited substitutions at any stoppage in play, with the approval of the referee.
3. Game Duration:
U-12 thru U-19: 30 minutes
U-10 and below (7v7): 25 minutes
Per Tournament Director: Home teams chooses side to defend and gets the kick-off.
Elimination Game Overtime (Check the OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE):
Any game that requires a winner (semi, or final) that is tied at the end of regulation time will be decided by two five-minute overtime periods (NO golden goal), followed by FIFA penalty kicks. Field Marshals have the authority to accelerate games due to daylight or weather concerns.
Misconduct
In the case of any player send offs or coach expulsions note it on the GAME CARD and complete a USSF Referee and Supplemental Report at the field turn it in to the Tournament Coordinator. Complete a NOCRA Misconduct Report within 24 hours.

Fees, Forfeits & Reimbursements
Referee fees are NOT collected on the field. You will be paid by NOCRA. Referee fees are on Arbiter. If the game division is different email the assignor as it may affect your pay.

If the game is not on the Official TOURNAMENT Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.

Arrive 30 mins prior to your Game Kick-off
To give you an idea how long it will take you to get to your field, click on directions, enter your address. Where it says "Leave Now" click the drop down and change to "Arrive By". You want to arrive 45 mins before game time to allow for parking and getting to the field. This will give you an idea. You can go to Arbiter and click on the Field and a map will open and you can do the same.
