• 2005 & Olders – U13 & Above – 11v11 – 30 Minute Halves
Semis and Finals if tie go directly to Kicks from the Penalty Mark to determine the winner

HEADING POLICY U9, U10, U11
Deliberately heading the ball is not permitted. Restart indirect free kick. If in penalty area, restart is IFK at the top of the penalty area.
BUILD-OUT LINE U9, U10
Goalkeeper has possession during play in the penalty area. Opposing team to move to other side of build-out line.
Once goalkeeper puts the ball in play, opposing team may advance
Goal kicks, ball is in play the moment the ball crosses the penalty area; opposing team may advance at that time.
Goalkeeper is not permitted to punt or drop kick the ball. 1st time warning. 2nd time IFK at the top of the penalty area for the opposing team
Offside may be called between the build-out line and the goal line. With 1Ref must be obvious.
Game Procedures
• Teams must be on opposite sides of the playing field.
• There will be no coin toss in any preliminary game, Home team chooses goal to defend, visitors get kickoff.
• Referees have been instructed to start all games on time. No injury time will be added.

1. It is your responsibility to check the official game schedule, NOT Arbiter, before leaving for your games. This is for game times, teams, gender and age divisions.

Fees, Forfeits & Reimbursements
Referee fees are NOT collected on the field. You will be paid by NOCRA. Referee fees will be on Arbiter. If your assignment has changed email the assignor as it may affect your pay.
ONLY REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE GAME DAY FORFEITS. Complete an Incident Report to be reimbursed.
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.
