Rules

Build-out Line and Deliberate Heading
​Rules specific to short sided games:  7v7 (2013-2015) age groups will play using a “build out” line.   Review the 7 v 7 Modifications
  • HOME TEAM: provides the ball and kicks off first
  • AWAY TEAM: picks a side to defend
  • All coaches and administrators with valid ID card are allowed on the bench.
  • Unlimited substitutions at any stoppage.​

Safety Check

The Legend’s field marshals will be responsible for checking in coaches/players. If they are running late doing this, have the refs just start the game on time. Since Legend’s are taking the responsibility of checking in players, they will hold ID’s. Just have refs do a safety and equipment check.

Fees, Forfeits & Reimbursements

Referee fees are NOT​ collected on the field.  You will be paid by NOCRA.  Referee fees are on Arbiter.  If the game division is different complete an incident report as it may affect your pay.

ONLY REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE GAME DAY FORFEITS.
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.
