About Us
NOCRA is a referee organization ran and maintained in North Orange County. Our local area of games covered include cities such as Anaheim Hills, Orange, Brea, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Placentia, and Diamond Bar as well as providing tournament games throughout Southern California.
We provide Competitive games through Cal South and CSL, Signature games through CHSA, as well as Recreation games through CHSA.
NOCRA provides all of the referees for the adult league, Cal City Sports.
NOCRA has developed a strong Mentor Program to help develop both our new, and seasoned referees. The mentor program trains and instructs referees in classroom and field sessions as well as mentors referees during actual game experiences.
NOCRA also has a uniform program for our youth referees, where the more games our youth do, the more points they get towards referee jerseys.

We meet every first Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm @ El Rancho Charter School (directions on home page)
No meetings held in July.
