SPECIAL  ANNOUNCEMENT

The NOCRA Board of Directors has decided to establish 2 categories for NOCRA officials.

    1. Recreational  (Mainly Canyon Hills Soccer Association youth recreational, and Signature games)

    2. Club               ( CSL, Intercity, CYSA-S and Club Tournament games)

Connor Duckworth (714-261-1820)  duckworth92807@yahoo.com will administer the “Recreational” competitions and will NOT use NOCRA’s Arbiter program.

Cindy Talmage (714-381-0255) Schedule4u@aol.com will administer and assign  the “Club” games and WILL use The Arbiter system.

There is no reason, why you would not be able to do both. If you are so inclined, just let Connor know and / or  be sure your Arbiter information is correct and up-to-date.
