CSL LEAGUE CUP AVAILABILITY
Sweet 16, Qtrs, Semis and Finals

We have been given 4 fields each weekend for CSL League Cup Knockout rounds.
Games must have a winner, so do not take another set immediately after these.
H. Game formats and times:
2. The Round of 32, Sweet 16 and Quarter Finals will go directly to FIFA kicks from the penalty mark.
3. Semi-finals played on a separate day will be regulation time, go to overtime if necessary and then on to FIFA kicks from the penalty
mark as necessary. Semi-finals played in a “two game” format will be shortened like a Quarterfinal match and, if tied, will go directly to FIFA kicks from the penalty mark as necessary.
4. Finals will be regulation time and go to overtime and FIFA kicks from the penalty mark as necessary.
6. Overtime Periods:
2010 through 2006………………two 7-minute halves
2005 and 2004…………………...two 8-minute halves
2003 through 1999………………two 10-minute halves

- Assignments are based on USSF Grade and NOCRA Rating. We reserve the right to make changes to the assignments for the good of the game.
- Complete your Arbiter Blocks: http://www.nocra.com/arbiter-availability--blocking.html
- Payment of NOCRA Membership Dues is required.
- By completing this form you agree to the following:
- Honor your commitment no matter how far the games are and what gender/age you are assigned
- Arrive at the field no later than 45 minutes prior to your match,
- Dress and act in a professional manner before, during and after the game
- Be respectful to all players, coaches and spectators
- Represent yourself, NOCRA and your assignor in a positive manner
- Fulfill all Referee and AR responsibilities
