Rules

Summary of the Rules

Home team kicks off, away chooses the side.

Game duration shall be as follows:
Pool Play, Qtr, Semi and 3rd Place:
U-8: 20 minute half 
U-10: 20 minute half 
U-12: 25 minute half 
U-14: 30 minute half 
U-16: 30 minute half 
U-19: 30 minute half  
* Semi-Finals, Quarter Finals and 3rd Place Medal games are indicated by -SE in Arbiter Sport/Level

Final Rounds
U-10: 25 minute half
U-12: 30 minute half
U-14: 35 minute half
U-16: 40 minute half
U-19: 45 minute half 
* Finals indicated by -S in Arbiter

​* All medal round matches (Quarter, Semi, 3rd Place, & Final) ending in a tie will go directly to FIFA Kicks from the Mark. There will be no overtime. Kicks from the Mark will be administered by the tournament in a separate location.

Heading the ball deliberately is not permitted for the U12 and below divisions.

Will be used in all games U-10 and below. This tournament will follow the Cal South guidelines. You can find them here:

1.  It is your responsibility to check the official game schedule before leaving for your games.

Fees, Forfeits & Reimbursements

Referee fees are NOT​ collected on the field.  You will be paid by NOCRA.  Referee fees are on Arbiter.  If the game division is different email the assignor as it may affect your pay.
ONLY REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE GAME DAY FORFEITS.
Complete an Incident Report to be reimbursed. 
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.
