REPORTING
- Report the final scores at the LFC IA SoCal desk on the game schedule. You have to know the coaches last names to report the score.
- Any misconduct must be reported on game day.

Deliberate heading is not permitted in all 4v4, 6v6, 7v7 and 9v9 games.
Free-Kicks at 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U are indirect. Opponents must be 8 yards away from the ball.

- should one team be winning by a 4 or more goal margin, the opponents can add in an additional player onto the field until such time as that deficit is reduced to 3 goals.
BUILD OUT LINE
Build out line will be used for all games in U8 and U10. A Summary is listed below:

Referee Protocols
GAME CARDS & MISCONDUCT
- Completed Game Cards are to be turned in at the referee tent.
- A NOCRA misconduct report must be filled out when: (along with the information being on the game card):
- Take a picture of the completed game cards (both sides) to help you fill out the information to the best of your abilities.
- An injury occurs that results in a player being removed from the game and cannot return due to the injury.
- A dismissal of a player, coach or spectator occurs

- It is your responsibility to check the OFFICIAL LEAGUE SCHEDULE, NOT Arbiter, before leaving for your games.

Forfeits & Reimbursements
ONLY REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE GAME DAY FORFEITS.
- Complete an Incident Report to be reimbursed.
- If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.
