New Member Availability Form

If you are a new member, we would like to get you started on games right away.

We will answer your questions, provide mentoring and give you a rating.

We try to give everyone an opportunity to work with our mentors, based on the number of games we have available.


In the Spring, lots of scrimmages, most of the games are in the AM.
Summer is tournament season
Fall is league play

​New Member Commitment and Agreement

A few things to understand before making your "commitment":
  1. Current year CalSouth and USSF Registration is required.
  2. New style jerseys (3 colors) and 2-stripe socks are now required
  3. ​Assignments are based on USSF Grade and NOCRA Rating.  We reserve the right to make changes to the assignments for the good of the game.
  4. If you want a higher rating it is your responsibility to request an observation
  5. We usually assign you 5 to 7 days prior to game day.
  6. Complete your Arbiter Blocks: http://www.nocra.com/arbiter-availability--blocking.html
  7. Payment of NOCRA Membership Dues is required for self assigning.
  8. A $6 reassigning fee will be charged if you turn back games 72 hours prior to match.
  9. By completing this form you agree to the following:
  • Honor your commitment no matter how far the games are and what gender/age you are assigned
  • Arrive at the field a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your match,
  • Dress and act in a professional manner before, during and after the game
  • Be respectful to the referees, coaches, players and spectators
  • Represent yourself, NOCRA and your assignor in a positive manner
  • Fulfill all Referee and AR responsibilities
  • Read the league rules
  • Check the Official schedule for field closures and game cancellations
