Arbiter How To GuideAs you know,  NOCRA, uses the  Arbiter Referee assignment online program.  The program can be accessed through its page www.arbitersports.com  and used to assign all NOCRA games. You must use it if you wish to be assigned.   First you will receive a welcome email from Cindy Talmage that includes your email address as your username and password option. Each referee must have a separate email account from other family members for the computer to pick it up. Messages will be sent to this address so it is important to check it often for game changes or new assignments. Signing In – When you reach the log on page, enter your email address and password.  Click on Sign In.  For new users, the Terms & Conditions page comes up = Click Accept (after reading).  Next a Change Password page pops up where you can then add or change your password. Only click on the NOCRA button if you are doing other organizations that use the same program. Account Home Page – Once you arrive on your personal home page,  on the left side of the page, you'll see  an options button.  Under Accounts, click on Information.  Please review and fill in all information you can on this page. Social # is not needed. Be sure the box is checked (they can see your contact info).  We will need the information in case we need to contact you for anything. Before exiting a page where you enter information, be sure to click Save.  Blocking Dates – Arbiter defaults you being available any day.  Click Blocks, then Calendar.  Arbiter allows you to block an entire day or a portion, but only one portion.  You must update you availability often in order to receive games at the times your are available. To Block dates for the entire day, under Action, choose Block All Day.  Click on the date you wish to block in its entirety.  Once you click the number of the day, it will then turn red and you are no longer available for game assignments on that day.  To block a partial day, click on Block Part Day and select the from/to time range you are not available for games.  For example, if you select 8:00 am to 12:00 PM, that means you are available for games starting at 12:00 PM, but nothing earlier.    If you click on the wrong date to Block, click on Clear Blocks and click on the wrong date. On the bottom left under Settings, there is a box showing that you are Ready.  Make sure that it is checked in order to receive games. Getting Games- When the Assignor has assigned you to games, you should receive an automated email letting you know you were assigned games.  When you log on to your account, under Schedule, you should see a number in parentheses (number of new games assigned to you).  Click on Schedule to review your game assignments.  Please click accept or decline.  After you accept your games, you will receive an email reminder a couple days before your game assignments. Once you accept your assignments, the Game Number button shows you who you're working with and their contact phone numbers and email addresses.   When you click on the field name, it gives you the field address.  When you click on the field address, it takes you to MapQuest where it can give you directions to the
