REFEREE FEES
  • Teams do not pay the referee in the event of a forfeit.​
  • Fee schedule can be found here
  • Download and Print the SoCal Game Duration and Referee Fees. Keep it in your ref bag.
GAME DURATION​
  • ​Half-time shall be no longer than ten (10) minutes
  • The grace period shall be fifteen (15) minutes for the regular season games
  • There is no added time in SoCal games, per the League Administrator.

​MISCONDUCT

VIOLENT CONDUCT, REFEREE ABUSE OR ASSAULT
  • ​The Referee is required to report on the Official Game Report all instances of misconduct.​
  • Complete a NOCRA Misconduct Report right away
  • All send-offs will require USSF Referee and Supplemental Reports
  • Go to the Misconduct Page for specific information

Coach or Team Official Send offs
  • Coach or Team Official (on the Roster) Send offs: submit the appropriate USSF Referee and Supplemental Report.  In the case of Abuse or Assault by a Spectator you are required to get the full name from the coach or manager.  If they are unwilling to provide the name include in your report that you requested that the Coach provide the name of the Spectator, but the coach was not willing to.

Forfeits & Reimbursements

ONLY REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE GAME DAY FORFEITS.
Complete an Incident Report to be reimbursed. 
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.



​SUBSTITUTIONS FOR FLIGHTS 1-4

All games in Flights 1-4 will have an unlimited number of substitutions and can take place at anytime.

​SUBSTITUTIONS FOR NPL GAMES

If you are on an NPL game, it will have "NPL" in the game label on Arbiter. 

All NPL league games will follow these substitution rules:
  • 3 moments, per half, for substitutions.
  • Half-time does not count as a moment.
  • Re-entry is allowed per half at the moments used by the coach.
  • Subbing when their opponent subs, counts towards a team’s 3 moments. 
  • In accordance with the new USSF Head Injury guidelines, a substitution for a suspected head injury will not count against re-entry rules.
