Swallows Cup
Saturday & Sunday, June 15 & 16
South Orange County

www.swallowscup.com

SCRA has invited us to help with the Swallows Cup. If you are a member of SCRA obtain your assignments from them.  Based on the availability we receive from you we let them know how many fields we can cover.  We do not know how many fields we will be given to assign.  We usually receive the schedule 5 days before.  Referee Assignments are usually done by Tuesday.  Once I complete the assignments, if there are any slots open I send out an email that self assign is available.

If you are interested, please complete the availability form.  The hardest slots to fill are Sunday PM games, so if you want to be sure to get assignments, be available then.

We assign based on ratings, accepting assignments and arriving to the games on time.

Before you click Submit, take a snap shot of your availability for your records.

Tournament Commitment and Agreement

We accept tournament assignments based on your commitment.

A few things to understand before making your "commitment":
  1. Current year CalSouth and USSF Registration is required.
  2. New style jerseys (3 colors) and 2-stripe socks
  3. Hats are permitted for Club games (Must be solid black, US Soccer, CalSouth or NOCRA logos are the only approved for this tournament)
  4. Assignments are based on USSF Grade and NOCRA Rating.  We reserve the right to make changes to the assignments for the good of the game.
  5. If you want a higher rating it is your responsibility to request an observation.
  6. We usually receive the schedule 5 to 7 days prior to game day.
  7. Complete your Arbiter Blocks: http://www.nocra.com/arbiter-availability--blocking.html
  8. Payment of NOCRA Membership Dues is required or will be deducted from your tournament payment.
  9. A $6 reassigning fee will be charged if you provide your availability, fail to set your Arbiter blocks and decline game(s).
  10. By completing this form you agree to the following:
  • Do not accept assignments for the same tournament from different associations on the same day.  We have had to replace referees on game day, which is unfair to our assignors.
  • Check-in with the Tournament Coordinator no later than 45 minutes prior to your match.
  • Dress and act in a professional manner before, during and after the games.
  • Be respectful to all Tournament Representatives.
  • Represent yourself, NOCRA and your assignor in a positive manner.
  • Fulfill all Referee and AR responsibilities.
  • Read the tournament rules.
  • Check the Official Tournament schedule for field closures and game cancellations.
  • Self Assign rules apply: Arbiter: Self Assign
