2025 State & National Cup Availability
If you would like to represent NOCRA at CalSouth State Cup or SoCal State Cup complete the information below to be considered.

A few things to understand before submitting availability:
- You must be on the 2025 Cal South Registered Officials List and have your 2025 badge
- Referees who have paid their 2025 NOCRA Membership Dues will have priority when assignments are made. To pay your 2025 Membership Dues, please go here: http://www.nocra.com/membership-dues.html
- Games will take place throughout Southern California and our fields locations are assigned by CalSouth or SoCal.
- Maximum number of games per days will be decided by Cal South or SoCal when NOCRA receives the schedules
- Assignments are based on USSF Grade and NOCRA Rating
- We usually receive the schedule one week prior to game day
- By completing this form you agree to the following:
- Accept your games in Arbiter in a timely manner
- To honor your commitment no matter how far the games are.
- Check-in with the CalSouth or SoCal Referee Coordinator no later than 1 hour prior to your match,
- Dress and act in a professional manner before, during and after the game
- Be respectful to all CalSouth or SoCal Representatives
- Represent NOCRA in a positive manner
- Fulfill all Referee and AR responsibilities
- If you are with another referee association, please do not give availability to both on the same day.
