Coast Soccer League 5 Star Award
Bernie Towers, President of Coast Soccer League Presents Bubba Barnett, President North Orange County Referee Association (NOCRA) with the 2018 CSL 5-Star Award.
Bubba accepted the award on behalf of all the NOCRA referees, stating to the attendees, "this is your award, this is for your commitment to the game and it is well deserved."
