- HOME TEAM: provides the ball and kicks off first
- AWAY TEAM: picks a side to defend
- All coaches and administrators with valid ID card are allowed on the bench.
- Unlimited substitutions at any stoppage.

Safety Check
Legends Field Marshals will be responsible for checking in coaches/players. If they are running late doing this, have the refs just start the game on time. Since Legends is taking the responsibility of checking in players, they will hold IDs. Just have refs do a safety and equipment check.

1. It is YOUR responsibility to check the official game schedule (NOT Arbiter) before leaving for your games.

Fees, Forfeits & Reimbursements
Referee fees are NOT collected on the field. You will be paid by NOCRA. Referee fees are on Arbiter. If the game division is different, complete an incident report as it may affect your pay.
REIMBURSEMENTS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN FOR GAME DAY FORFEITS
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will be denied.
