Game Procedures
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions are unlimited and can occur at any stoppage with the permission of the referee.
- SoCal Reds FC Tournament Staff will check teams in with players cards. (Pregame with coach/manager, make sure they are checked in. Please do not wait till the kickoff.)
- Referee to do a field and player safety check.
- Home team provides 3 properly inflated soccer balls.
- Home team will choose defending goal and visiting team has kick-off.
- Referees have been instructed to start all games on time. No injury time will be added.
- Referees should pick up the match reports from a Referee Coordinator or SoCal Reds FC volunteers. At the conclusion of the game the referee should score, yellow and red cards, with name printed clearly and return to a referee coordinator or Liverpool volunteer.
- Referee Report and Supplemental required for any major injuries, concussion, Violent Conduct, Assault, or Abuse.
- Teams are required to sit on opposite sides of the field and the spectators will sit to the left side of the bench. Do not allow ANY Spectators to sit behind the ARs. If you have any issues with this arrangement, please get your referee coordinator involved to assit.

Fees, Forfeits & Reimbursements
Referee fees are NOT collected on the field. You will be paid by NOCRA. Referee fees will be on Arbiter. If your assignment has changed, email the assignor as it may affect your pay.
THE ONLY REIMBURSEMENTS GIVEN WILL BE FOR GAME DAY FORFEITS.
If the game is not on the Official Schedule your reimbursement will not be approved.
