    Referee Observation Form

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SPELL THE REFEREES FIRST AND LAST NAME CORRECTLY.

Our goal here is to have a fair referee rating system and to have qualified referees on every game.  This is our commitment to the leagues, clubs, coaches, spectators and most importantly the players.

Our purpose is to help our referees learn, gain experience and advance by assigning them to games that they can manage well yet challenge them so they have the opportunity to advance.  With this information we can provide feedback to our referees so they know what areas they are doing well and where they need to improve.
Your name will not be shared with the Referee.

Ratings: Use the Highest Age Division you feel they can comfortably handle (for example U10, U12,...ADULT). If a referee is not ready to "Center" or should start with Recreation games, put down "REC" for the ratings.

Comments:  What did the referee do right and what improvements would you like to see?

Referees that are interested in ratings from 100-400 are encouraged to complete a self observation from a recent higher level match.
Some referees prefer to learn from their own mistakes, which is fine, a bit long, but fine.  While others learn from those who have made the mistakes and thereby avoids the mistakes altogether.

Thank you, we appreciate your dedication to NOCRA.
    PLEASE SPELL CORRECTLY

Make sure to give a rating for Ref and AR:

Please include 3 things you would like this referee to work on.
Submit
Note: When you hit "submit" the observation is stored and you can enter a new one
